Community Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Manager to play an instrumental role in building and nurturing our vibrant Web3 community. Your efforts will help drive engagement, foster connections, and promote wider adoption of our innovative platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating meaningful interactions, supporting our users, and championing our vision of a decentralized future.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our Discord community and engage users through various online activities.
• Create and oversee engaging English content, including translations, social posts, articles, and guides to educate and excite the community.
• Respond promptly to community questions, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Gather insights to inform content and strategy, supporting community growth with blogs, articles, and marketing promotions.
• Boost our quest-to-earn communities and host diverse activities to enhance community engagement.
• Assist with business development and social media content creation to amplify our reach and impact.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent English speaker, ideally bilingual in Chinese.
• Profound understanding of crypto communities and culture.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing active online communities in the crypto space.
• Passionate about blockchain technology and committed to Virtual Labs' mission.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

This role is pivotal in bringing Web2 UX sensibilities into the Web3 space, enhancing user interaction and community satisfaction at Virtual Labs.
